Alliances and Partnerships

Cooperation, collaboration, alliance, partnership, etc. are the concepts that rule the world where specialization is the by word. No organisation can achieve its goal in isolation in such a scenario. Alliances offer an opportunity to produce better value for the stakeholders through the synergic energy generated by the participants’ respective strengths. Therefore, organizations join hands to reap the synergic value such association creates. Our partners have played a crucial role in the design and implementation of our programmes. They have provided us with valuable support by contributing infrastructure and expertise towards our healthcare, education, livelihoods, technology, water, sanitation and research initiatives. Through these partnerships, we have been able to expand the scale of our work to include more villages, as well as to develop new programmes for rural transformation.

Partnership Formalization Process

Partnership Exploration
This stage marks the beginning of a partnership. We constantly seek partners who share our vision for rural transformation. Both parties explore opportunities for collaboration, leveraging resources and capitalizing on each other’s competencies

Partnership Building
Once a partnership is established, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and letters of agreement are signed and a collaborative framework is drawn up. We place much emphasis on cross-learning, whereby both parties benefit from each other’s expertise.

Partnership Maintenance
Our partners can expect regular updates on the progress of our projects as well as proposals for new pilot initiatives with potential for further collaborative efforts. Partners are also frequently invited to conferences and networking sessions organized by the Social Activities in Indian Framework.

Review & Report
Each programme has its unique measures of success which are communicated to our partners through audits, periodic reviews and reports, online interaction, or visits to the field.

Recognizing the importance of Alliances & Partnerships, the Social Activities in Indian Framework as on date has allied with 100+ organizations; from both public and private domain. We have classified our associations into the following 6 categories:
» Joint Implementations
» Research Partners
» Knowledge / Research Sharing
» Training / Capacity Building
» Dissemination Partners
» Funding Partners
